A 4-year-old child has been kidnapped in Lalitpur. The police have arrested a Vietnamese citizen on charges of kidnapping.
The child cast Chepang, was kidnapped on January 8 from Lalitpur Metropolitan City-12, Patan. The child’s mother reported the disappearance to the police at 8:20 PM that evening.
The police found that the Vietnamese citizen, Mi Hang Kinhhalun, had kidnapped the child. He was arrested. The child was held hostage at a guest house in Kalanki, called Ilam Mechi Guest House. The Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office rescued the child.
The police are planning a press conference to share more details about the incident.
