Police have arrested eight individuals from Nagarjun for gambling.
The arrest took place in Rani Patti, Nagarjun Municipality-4, where the group was found gambling inside a rented room belonging to 33-year-old Usha Thapa, a resident of Resunga Municipality-8, Gulmi.
A team from Swayambhu Police Circle conducted the operation on Monday afternoon and detained Thapa along with seven others.
During the raid, the police seized Rs. 110,630 in cash and 27 decks of playing cards from the scene.
