Asia Cup Final Spot

Nepal will face Bangladesh today in the Women’s U-19 Asia Cup Super-4 match in Malaysia. The game will take place at the Bayuemas Oval Cricket Ground in Kuala Lumpur. Earlier, Nepal and Sri Lanka shared one point each after their first Super-4 match on Thursday was canceled due to rain. Today’s match is crucial for Nepal.

If Nepal defeats Bangladesh, they will secure a spot in the final. Nepal reached the Super-4 after defeating Pakistan by six wickets in their first match. Their final group-stage game against India was also canceled due to rain, resulting in both teams sharing one point. Based on net run rate, India topped Group B, and Nepal finished as runners-up.

The tournament, which started last Sunday, features six teams, including host Malaysia. Group A includes Bangladesh, Malaysia, and Sri Lanka, while Group B has Nepal, India, and Pakistan. Pakistan and Malaysia are already out of the competition. The final will be held this Sunday.
