Varnabas Museum Hotel Limited has announced plans to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO) to the public.
The company has called its first annual general meeting (AGM) on Poush 29 to propose the IPO. The meeting will start at 9 AM at the company’s registered office in Baluwatar, Kathmandu.
Key Agendas of the AGM:
- IPO Authorization: The board of directors will seek approval to issue the IPO as per the company’s capital and share structure.
- Approval of Financial Reports: The AGM will approve the annual report and financial details of the previous fiscal year.
- Auditor Appointment: An auditor will be appointed for the current fiscal year, and their remuneration will be decided.
- Amendments and Elections: The meeting will discuss amendments to the company’s memorandum and articles of association and elect new board members.
