Police in Kailali have arrested two individuals accused of gang-raping a 15-year-old girl in Joshipur Rural Municipality-6. The suspects, 18-year-old Suman Dagaura and 18-year-old Kushal Chaudhary, both from Joshipur-1, were taken into custody by the local police.
According to DSP Kabindra Singh Bohara, spokesperson for the Kailali District Police Office, two other suspects, 18-year-old Rajkumar Chaudhary and 19-year-old Aashik Chaudhary, have fled to India.
The incident reportedly occurred on the 22nd of Mangsir, but the information reached the police late. A case has been filed under the charge of rape, and further investigation is ongoing.
