Mythri Movie Makers recently revealed that actress Trisha Krishnan has joined the cast of their upcoming film Good Bad Ugly. The announcement was made via a short video clip posted on X (formerly Twitter) on Saturday, giving fans a glimpse of Trisha’s first look in the film.
In the 17-second video, Trisha is seen standing inside a house, her face shifting from surprise to joy as she spots someone approaching. She is dressed in a green top and denim jeans, radiating charm. The clip was accompanied by the caption, “The ever charming @trishtrashers as #Ramya from the world of #GoodBadUgly ✨. #GoodBadUgly grand release on April 10, 2025, with VERA LEVEL entertainment.”
Fans were quick to react, expressing their excitement for the film’s release. One fan wrote, “Explosive! Good Bad Ugly packs style, swag, and pure mass. This one’s gonna be a banger! I can’t wait for this pair on the big screen. Much much excited.” Another added, “This is going to be epic.”
Good Bad Ugly, directed by Adhik Ravichandran, also stars Ajith Kumar and is scheduled to hit theaters on April 10, 2025. Filming for the movie wrapped up in December 2024.
Trisha is also gearing up for several other projects. She will star alongside Ajith in Vidaamuyarchi, an action thriller directed by Magizh Thirumeni. Originally slated for a Pongal 2025 release, the film’s date has been postponed. Trisha will also feature in an untitled film with Suriya, directed by RJ Balaji, which will have music by Sai Abhyankkar and cinematography by G K Vishnu.
Additionally, Trisha has been cast in Identity with Tovino Thomas, and she will also appear in Mani Ratnam’s highly anticipated Thug Life, alongside Kamal Haasan, Ali Fazal, Abhirami, Nasser, Joju George, Sanya Malhotra, Rohit Saraf, and Aishwarya Lekshmi. Thug Life is set for a theater release on June 5, 2025.
