Prakash Saput's Film 'Basant' Releases Song Bina Swadaiko

The debut-directed film “Basant” by Prakash Saput has released its song “Bina Swadaiko.” The song features the voice of singer Devendra Bablu (The Firante).

The lyrics and music of the song are by Debendra and Prakash himself, with the arrangement by Yogesh Kaji Shah. The romantic-themed song’s video seems to create curiosity among the audience.

The video depicts the various events that unfold when a family tries to break up the love of an inter-caste couple. The video features actor Prabhat Pal Thakuri, Shri Shivhanasi, Debendra Bablu, main assistant director Sunil Vik, and actor bishal Pahari.

The film, which is set to release on the 22nd of Chaitra (April 4th), stars Prakash and Swastima Khadka in the lead roles. Other actors in the film include Urmila Lamgade, Khadk Bahadur Pun (Khabapu), Anup Baral, Kamalmani Nepal, Prakash Ghimire, and more. The film’s shooting took place in various locations in Baglung, Kathmandu, and the Tarai region.

The social drama, presented by Galbandi Productions, also has a story, screenplay, and music by Saput himself. The film tells the story of the struggle of a boy from the impoverished Bishwakarma community, who fights to achieve his dream of becoming a writer.
