Police fired shots in Tokha, Kathmandu. A team from the Crime Investigation Office opened fire and arrested a person.
According to police sources, three rounds were fired, and one bullet hit the arrested person. SSP Ramesh Basnet of the Crime Investigation Office confirmed that the person arrested was Guddu Patel.
Patel has been sent to the hospital for treatment.
