Alia Bhatt recently hosted a special meet-and-greet event in Mumbai, where she spent quality time with over 50 fans over lunch. The event, which took place on Sunday, gave fans a chance to interact with the actress while enjoying a menu personally curated by Alia herself.
The appetizers featured an assortment of dishes, including wild mushroom gyoza, burrata ala citron, kung pao potatoes, jalapeno & cheese poppers, spicy garlic edamame, rock tomorokoshi tempura, chicken gyoza, and veg nachos. For the main course, Alia selected Thai green curry (both veg and chicken options) served with rice, spicy pasta, and artichoke pizza. To round off the meal, the dessert menu offered strawberry cheesecake gelato, dark chocolate gelato, bread pudding, and moong dal halwa.
In addition to the delightful meal, Alia made sure her fans received thoughtful gifts. Attendees were reportedly gifted a range of items, including a watch, diary, water bottle, tote bag, personalized Spotify playlist cookie, hair straightener brush, perfume, cosmetics, a travel gift card worth 5000 rupees, chocolates, and a cheese milk cake.
For the event, Alia kept her look casual yet chic in a white top and blue jeans, with minimal makeup. She posed for photos with the paparazzi and signed autographs for her fans. Alia also shared a glimpse of the event on her Instagram Stories, expressing her joy with the caption, “What a day 🌞🌞.”
On the film front, Alia is set to star in Love and War, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, alongside her husband Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal. The film, officially announced in January 2024, marks Alia’s second collaboration with Bhansali after Gangubai Kathiawadi (2022). Additionally, Alia will feature in Alpha, directed by Shiv Rawail, a new entry in the Yash Raj Films’ spy universe, slated for release on December 25.
