A man from Tanahun has died after consuming wild mushrooms.
The District Police Office reported that 30-year-old Narayan Magar from Myagde Rural Municipality-6 died on Monday while undergoing treatment in Pokhara.
He was among 10 people who fell ill after eating mushrooms on Friday night in Byas Municipality-6, Shantitol. Police official Ashok Thapa confirmed that the remaining nine individuals are now in stable condition.
