Nepali movie ‘Bhuthan’ is organizing a weekly event called ‘Friday Night with Happiest Man’ at popular tea shops and restaurants in Kathmandu. The first event will take place at Chiyawala, Thapathali, on Chaitra 8 at 5:30 PM.
Open Platform for Creative Performances
Anyone visiting the tea shop can participate by presenting their songs, poems, short verses, gazals, or caricatures. Additionally, attendees can also share their reviews on the teaser and songs of the movie ‘Bhuthan.’
Celebrity Guests and Lucky Draw for Free Movie Tickets
Every week, one celebrity will be invited as the ‘Happiest Guest’ of the event. This week, poet and journalist Rupesh Shrestha will be the chief guest and will present his performance at the end of the program. Moreover, three lucky attendees will win free movie tickets for ‘Bhuthan’ through a lucky draw.
Connecting with the Audience
According to the movie’s producer, Aviral Thapa, the main goal of this event is to interact directly with the audience and create engagement for the film.
About the Movie ‘Bhuthan’
Directed by Binod Paudel, ‘Bhuthan’ tells the story of an immigrant who is unable to return home. The movie features popular actors like Hari Bansha Acharya, Dayahang Rai, Pooja Chand, Richa Ghimire, Aditi Paykaruel, Joyesh Pandey, and Hollywood actor Bruce Dern.
The movie is set to release on Baisakh 12.
