A woman’s body was discovered early Saturday morning in front of the Nagwa Area Police Office in Birgunj Metropolitan City-16. Residents were shocked by the discovery. Police have identified the woman as Ansuya Agrawal, who lived in the Nursing Campus area of Birgunj-4.
The cause of Agrawal’s death is currently unknown, leaving police and the community with many questions. Initial investigations revealed injuries to her head, leading to speculation that she might have been attacked by a wild animal or suffered a fall.
“It’s a very strange situation,” said a spokesperson from the Parsa District Police Office. “The condition of the body suggests a few possibilities, but we need the post-mortem report to know for sure.”
The body has been sent to Narayani Hospital in Birgunj for examination. Police have collected evidence from the scene and are actively investigating. They are talking to people in the area, hoping to gather more information.
