Hina Khan’s Powerful Plea for Unity and Healing After Pahalgam Attack

Actor Hina Khan has spoken out strongly in the aftermath of the recent terror attack in Pahalgam, which claimed 26 lives, including 25 Indian tourists and one Nepali national. Taking to Instagram, Hina shared a heartfelt note expressing sorrow, anger, and a call for unity in the face of tragedy.

In her emotional message, Hina didn’t hold back. She condemned the perpetrators of the attack, stating that such individuals “aren’t human beings” in her eyes. The attack, she revealed, has deeply disturbed her mental peace and left her heartbroken.

“This incident has shaken me to the core,” she wrote. “It’s not just about my pain—it’s about the pain of every Indian who lost someone. I am praying for the families, for peace, and for strength.”

Hina, known for her outspoken nature, didn’t hesitate to speak about the responsibility she feels as a Muslim. “As a Muslim, I want to apologise to my fellow Indians. The terrorists who did this were heartless, brainwashed individuals claiming to represent Islam. They do not represent me, or my faith,” she said.

She made it clear that condemning such acts isn’t enough unless the root cause and harsh realities are acknowledged. “If we don’t accept the truth, especially as Muslims, then tweets and condolences mean nothing. We must face the truth head-on,” she added.

A Call for Unity and Brotherhood

Hina emphasized the importance of standing united as Indians, irrespective of religion or background. “If we allow ourselves to be divided, then the attackers win. We must not let hate win. We must not allow ourselves to become what they want us to be—divided, angry, and broken,” she wrote.

She reiterated her faith in the Indian Constitution and its secular values: “I believe all religions are equal and safe in my beautiful country. And I support India and our security forces unconditionally. No excuses. No questions.”

Appeal to Fellow Kashmiris

The actor also sent a heartfelt message to the people of Kashmir, urging them to bring back the Kashmiri Pandit community to their homeland. “I see a new spirit in today’s Kashmir—hope, love, and a desire for peace. Let’s take this forward and restore the lost bonds between Kashmiri Muslims and Pandits,” she wrote.

She praised the growing patriotism in the Valley and expressed hope that it would lead to healing and reconciliation. “Let’s rebuild the Kashmir where a Pandit and a Muslim lived like family. I believe in coexistence—period,” she stated.

A Final Plea for Justice

Hina Khan concluded her note with a powerful call for justice—not just as a celebrity, but as a fellow Indian, a Muslim, and a human being. “This is a moment for all of us to come together—no politics, no hate. Just unity. Let’s be Indians first. Jai Hind,” she signed off.
