Six individuals have been arrested in Kailali with brown heroin during a joint drug control operation.
The arrests were made by a joint team from the Narcotics Control Bureau, Dhangadhi branch, and other police units. The suspects were caught during routine checks in the Tikapur and Dhangadhi areas.
Arrest Details
- At Khakraula Checkpost in Tikapur Municipality-9:
- Hikmat Rawat (19) from Rajapur Municipality-1, Bardiya
- Chhabi Bik (28) from Geruwa Rural Municipality-4
→ Found with 900 milligrams of brown heroin.
- Also from the same area:
- Nirajan Baduwal (23) from Lamkichuha Municipality-5
- Suresh Bik (20) from Ward 2
- Anmol Bik (22) from Ward 6
→ Found with 1.29 grams of drugs.
- In Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City-7, Beli:
- Dipesh Basnet (19) from Attariya-18
→ Found with 1.69 grams of brown heroin during a search of motorcycle SuPra 01-012 Pa 9151.

Investigation Underway
All suspects have been taken into custody for further investigation, as confirmed by the District Police Office, Kailali.
