The long-awaited Gwarko Flyover in Lalitpur will officially open for vehicles on 6 Asar. Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli will inaugurate the project during a formal event organized by the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport.
Despite delays in construction, final preparations like lane separation and road marking have now been completed. According to Deep Barahi from the Road Department’s Quality Research and Development Center, the structure is fully ready for public use.
Just last Saturday, Minister Devendra Dahal and senior officials from the Road Department conducted an on-site inspection and instructed that traffic operations begin soon.
