Rebika Khatri, who was injured by a police bullet during the royalist protest on Chaitra 15, has bravely attended her BBS third-year exam with the help of an assistant. She is currently undergoing treatment at Civil Hospital in New Baneshwor.
According to Kathmandu District Police spokesperson SP Apil Raj Bohara, special arrangements were made after Rebika expressed her strong desire to sit for the exam. Following discussions between Tribhuvan University and the CDO office, she was allowed to take the exam with the help of a scribe.
The BBS third-year exams began today, and Rebika’s determination to continue her studies despite serious injuries has gained widespread praise. She was hit in the leg while heading home during the royalist demonstration and has been hospitalized since then.
