SEE topper Devyani has urged former Prime Minister K.P. Sharma Oli not to make cheap political comparisons between the SEE results of 2081 BS and 2080 BS. In a statement, she said that the 2081 SEE question papers were much easier than those of 2080, with some questions even repeated from the previous year. Devyani, who scored a perfect 4.0 GPA, criticized the practice of allowing open cheating in exam centers and warned that such superficial actions do not lead to real improvements in education. She added that cosmetic changes cannot solve deep-rooted issues and called for serious attention from all concerned stakeholders.

Devyani says – This time, I would like to request our dear and honorable Prime Minister K P Sharma Oli not to make cheap politics by comparing the SEE results of 2081 B.S. with those of 2080 B.S. I am one of the students who gave the SEE exam in 2081 B.S. and successfully achieved a GPA of 4, and I have studied both the 2080 and 2081 question papers thoroughly. Comparatively, the 2081 question paper was much easier than the one from 2080.
In some subjects, the same questions from 2080 were even repeated. Just because the paper was easy and students were openly allowed to cheat in exam centers does not mean there will be a drastic change in the education sector. That is only a superficial improvement, honorable K.P. Oli sir. You may have tried to bring reform in education, but your efforts cannot be considered successful. This is a serious issue and cannot be solved by your same old patchwork methods. Let all concerned stakeholders pay attention to this matter. Thank you.
