Since early this year, rumors have been swirling online that RIIZE’s Wonbin and aespa’s Giselle are dating. Both idols stayed quiet about the gossip at first. But recently, Giselle broke her silence with a subtle message, hinting she wants the rumors to stop.
In a now-deleted Instagram Story, Giselle shared a picture of Casper the Ghost reading a book with the caption, “Go study or smth.” Wonbin has not responded yet.
The dating rumor started when a report on Koreaboo pointed out that Wonbin and Giselle used similar, unusual Korean slang in their social media messages. Fans also noticed both idols ending sentences with “ung,” a word not commonly used in daily talk.
Another connection fans saw was Giselle’s black cat profile picture, which some linked to Wonbin’s nickname, “Won black panther.” Additionally, trainee Han Seo Hee claimed the two have been together since training days and dated due to Giselle’s financial status.
However, many fans doubted these claims. For example, the matching rings they wore were later found to be different designs, showing that some evidence may not be solid.
