Within less than 20 hours of its release, ‘Jane Bhae Jam Maya’ climbed straight to the #1 spot on YouTube’s trending list under the music category in Nepal. The song crossed over 1.7 million views, received more than 190,000 likes, and attracted over 16,000 comments during that short span.
Breaks Nepal’s 24-hour view record
In Nepal, this level of response is considered exceptional. Previously, the record for the most-watched Nepali song in 24 hours belonged to Bishnu Majhi’s ‘Aaina Aama Yo Teej Ma’, which had just over 1.5 million views in its first day. Now, Durgesh’s new track has surpassed that milestone.
