Police have arrested 13 individuals for gambling in a rented room in Chandragiri Municipality–11, Kathmandu.
The gambling was taking place in the room of 42-year-old Saila Gole, a resident of Thaha Municipality–11, Makwanpur, who was staying in Chandragiri.
Police from the Balambu Police Station raided the location on Thursday afternoon and caught the group in the act.
Cash and Playing Cards Seized
During the operation, police seized Rs 128,265 in cash and three decks of playing cards from the scene. All 13 individuals, including Saila Gole, have been taken into custody for further investigation.
