Ram Charan is back in beast mode! The RRR actor has officially started preparing for his next big film, Peddi, and fans are loving his powerful new look.
On July 21, Ram Charan gave fans a sneak peek into his training session for the upcoming sports-action drama. Sharing a gym photo on Instagram, the actor wrote,
“Changeover for @peddimovie begin!! Pure grit. True joy.💪🏼”
The picture shows Charan in a sleeveless workout outfit, focused and fierce, clearly deep into strength training. His intense transformation is already creating buzz online.
Director Buchi Babu Sana, who is helming Peddi, also reposted the image with the caption:
“Can’t wait for this Changeover @AlwaysRamCharan Sirrrr🙏❤️🔥”
Speaking at a recent event, Charan described Peddi as the most thrilling project of his career.
“I think it’s one of the most riveting scripts I’ve done. Probably, it’s more exciting than Rangasthalam and RRR. I don’t say this for every film I do, so note this down today,” he shared.
What is Peddi About?
Peddi is a rustic sports drama directed by Buchi Babu Sana, known for his debut hit Uppena. The film is being produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru and features a powerful ensemble including Shiva Rajkumar, Janhvi Kapoor, Divyendu Sharma, and Jagapathi Babu. Legendary composer AR Rahman is scoring the music.
The film went on floors in 2024 and is scheduled for a theatrical release on March 27, 2026.
Meanwhile, Ram Charan has also signed a new project with director Sukumar, reuniting after the blockbuster Rangasthalam. That project is expected to go on floors soon.
