Popular Tamil actor Madhan Bob has passed away. He died on Saturday due to health issues, according to a source close to his family.
He was 71 years old and had been fighting cancer. He took his last breath at his home in Adyar.
His real name was S Krishnamoorthy, and he was the eighth child in his family. He was well known in the Tamil film industry and acted with stars like Kamal Haasan, Rajinikanth, Ajith, Surya, and Vijay.
Madhan Bob also appeared as a judge on the popular comedy show “Asatha Povathu Yaaru?” on Sun TV. He was not only an actor but also a talented musician.
Some of his memorable roles include playing Diamond Babu in the movie Thenali and Manager Sundaresan in Friends. No matter what role he played, his funny expressions and timing always made people laugh.
