Three Nepali films set to release on Wednesday have started advance ticket sales across theaters nationwide, and their show schedules have also been announced.
Laj Sharanam has received approximately 180 shows nationwide, with QFX providing 65 shows across its chain of theaters.
Feri Resham Filili has secured around 136 shows across the country, while Mayavi has received around 108 shows. Other films like Chhawa, Captain America, Tandavm, Rangi, Dukhi Atma, Deva, and Mummy are still running, so show slots will be divided among them.
In terms of advance ticket sales, Laj Sharanam is leading, and some theaters have already reached the “sold-out” point. As of Tuesday evening, occupancy is expected to rise further.
Given the number of shows and the advance ticket sales, the opening collection of these films will be crucial. All three films have secured an encouraging number of shows. However, the challenge now lies in getting strong word-of-mouth for these films. Laj Sharanam and Feri Resham Filili are social comedy dramas, while Mayavi is a romantic drama.
