Aishwarya Rai, accompanied by her husband Abhishek Bachchan and their daughter Aaradhya Bachchan, recently attended her cousin Shloka Shetty’s brother’s wedding in Pune, Maharashtra. A picture from the celebration has surfaced online, showing the family together in a casual setting. In the photo shared on Reddit, Abhishek and Aishwarya stood side by side, smiling brightly, while Aaradhya, dressed in a white top and jeans, sat on the floor with a playful expression. The family appeared relaxed, with Abhishek sporting a pink hoodie and Aishwarya dressed in a black kurta.
The Reddit user who posted the image mentioned that they follow Shloka Shetty, Aishwarya’s maternal cousin, and the photo was taken during the recent wedding celebrations. The user also remarked that the couple, along with their daughter, appeared just like any other normal family.
Aishwarya and Abhishek, who got married in a lavish ceremony in 2007, welcomed their daughter Aaradhya in 2011. Despite rumors of a separation circulating last year, the couple put them to rest by making a public appearance together in December 2024 at Aaradhya’s school event. In January 2025, they were also spotted at the airport, returning from their New Year vacation as a family.
Regarding their professional lives, Abhishek’s latest project, the dance drama Be Happy, earned him positive reviews. He is set to appear next in Housefull 5 with Akshay Kumar and Riteish Deshmukh. Additionally, he will reportedly play the main antagonist in Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film King, directed by Siddharth Anand.
Aishwarya, on the other hand, was last seen in Ponniyin Selvan II, directed by Mani Ratnam. The film, which also starred Vikram, Karthi, and Trisha Krishnan, became a massive success at the box office. As of now, she has not announced her next project.
