Google has officially released the final beta version of Android 16. With this release, the company confirmed that all developer APIs and app-related behaviors are now finalized. Developers can now start uploading Android 16-targeted apps to the Google Play Store.

Until now, the Android 16 beta was only available for Google Pixel devices. But with this new release, other brands can now join the testing phase. These include smartphones and tablets from HONOR, Lenovo, OPPO, realme, vivo, Xiaomi, and more.

Google is also preparing to launch the stable version of Android 16 very soon. However, the current beta versions may still have bugs, so it’s better not to install them on your main phone unless you are a developer or experienced tester.
