In the 11th March 2025 episode of Anupamaa, Anupamaa faces emotional turmoil during Rahi’s wedding as family tensions rise. Moti Baa disapproves of Anupamaa’s actions, while Anupamaa ensures wedding rituals go smoothly. Prem and Rahi embrace their new journey, but a missing shubhasan creates chaos. Anupamaa navigates challenges while reminiscing about Anuj amidst the celebrations.
The episode begins with Moti Baa deliberately ignoring Anupamaa, while Anupamaa reminisces about her marriage to Anuj. She shares with Hasmuk how it feels like only yesterday that she became Anuj’s wife and is still adjusting to Rahi’s wedding.
During the wedding ceremony, the priest calls upon Prathana to tie the sacred gathbandhan of Prem and Rahi. Gautam also encourages her to perform the ritual, but Prem unexpectedly insists that Pari should do it instead. This decision offends Moti Baa. Sensing the tension, Anupamaa steps in to mediate and ensures that Prathana carries out the ritual while also requesting Prem’s understanding. With warmth, Prathana blesses the couple, who look forward to starting their new life together.
Meanwhile, Moti Baa confides in Parag, expressing her belief that Anupamaa is trying to win over Prathana, just as she did with Prem. Parag grows concerned that Rahi might gain influence over the household after marriage, but Moti Baa remains firm in her position as the head of the Kothari family. Hasmuk notices the Kotharis’ lingering displeasure, while Anupamaa starts to worry about Rahi’s future. Alongside Parag and Khyati, she takes part in the wedding rituals.
As the priest prepares the couple for their vows, Anupamaa thoughtfully explains their significance. Moti Baa, on the other hand, stresses the importance of the traditional Gujarati wedding rounds (pheras). Under Anupamaa’s guidance, Prem and Rahi complete their vows, with Paritosh and Ansh assisting in the sacred rituals. Throughout the ceremony, Anupamaa’s thoughts repeatedly drift to Anuj.
The priest then instructs Prem to apply sindoor to Rahi’s hairline and fasten the mangalsutra around her neck. With Anupamaa’s encouragement, Prem completes the rituals, officially sealing their marriage. The newlyweds then seek blessings from the elders. Moti Baa reminds Rahi of the responsibilities she now carries as a member of the Kothari family. When Prem hesitates to seek blessings from Parag and Khyati, Anupamaa intervenes and convinces him to do so. The couple also acknowledges Anuj’s blessings, and Anupamaa offers them heartfelt advice about embracing their new responsibilities while staying true to themselves.
Mahi congratulates the newlyweds, while Leela instructs them to wait for the next ritual. Pari and Ishani return Prem’s stolen shoe, playfully reminding him to always keep Rahi happy. Moti Baa acknowledges their role in the ceremony by giving them gifts. Ansh gathers both families for a group photograph, but Moti Baa insists that the vidai (farewell) should not be delayed. Overcome with emotion, Anupamaa confides in Anuj about Rahi’s departure and recites a heartfelt poem to mark the farewell.
Later, Anupamaa’s attention turns to the shubhasan (sacred mat), assuming that Paritosh has kept it safe. To her shock, she discovers it is missing. In an attempt to avoid any chaos, she and Paritosh quietly search for it, keeping the matter from Baa. However, when Moti Baa realizes the shubhasan is missing, she scolds Anupamaa for her carelessness, questioning her reliability as a mother.
