Ira informs Saraswati that her saree and necklace are missing, reminding her that they were gifted by Saraswati herself. Concerned, Saraswati questions Rupa about the saree’s whereabouts. However, Rupa lies, claiming she checked the almira twice and found nothing. Meanwhile, Ira pretends to cry, insinuating that someone deliberately stole the saree to prevent her from wearing it. Saraswati immediately calls the household servants, but they all deny any knowledge of the missing items. At this point, Ira suggests questioning Apollena, as she had been home all day and might have noticed something.
Unaware of the unfolding drama, Apollena, in her room, wears the saree and imagines Shlok helping her with the necklace, even applying vermilion on her hairline. Just then, Saraswati calls her downstairs. As Apollena appears, still wearing the saree, Ira dramatically expresses distress. Shocked by the sight, Saraswati demands an explanation, questioning how Apollena accessed the almira without a key. Caught off guard, Apollena struggles to respond, while Ira accuses her outright of theft.
Vijayan adds fuel to the fire, insulting Apollena and comparing her to her father, whom he accuses of stealing documents in the past. Angered by the accusation, Apollena defends herself, insisting that her family values honesty and integrity. However, Vijayan intensifies the pressure by threatening to call the police.
Vedh joins in, accusing Apollena of taking the missing necklace as well. Without hesitation, Ira dials the police, who soon arrive and begin treating Apollena like a criminal. She protests, demanding evidence, and refuses to put a private phone call on speaker. Despite this, she reassures Girdhar over the phone, though she conceals the truth from him. Meanwhile, the inspector insists on searching her room.
To Apollena’s shock, the missing saree is discovered inside her almira. Outraged, she loses her temper. At that moment, Ira smirks and confesses to having placed it there. The inspector turns to Saraswati, asking if she witnessed Apollena stealing the items. Saraswati hesitates before admitting she did not. When pressed further, Rupa finally speaks up, recalling that she had seen Ira hiding the saree in Apollena’s cupboard.
