A nurse requests Mahadev to complete Shlok’s discharge procedure, but he declines. Meanwhile, Shlok confronts Ira, angrily questioning why she hugged him in front of his in-laws. Ira, undeterred, hugs him again, expressing her deep affection for him and accusing Apollena of being a barrier between them. She threatens to harm herself if Apollena interferes with their relationship. In response, Shlok pushes her away and warns her to back off.
Mahadev arrives and notices that Shlok’s IV needle has come out. He inquires about it, but Shlok dismisses Ira’s offer to fix it, saying she lacks Apollena’s expertise. He insists that he can manage it himself. Meanwhile, Apollena, lost in thought, watches as Ira helps Shlok into a wheelchair.
Later, as Apollena stumbles and sits down, Shlok insists he can walk but is advised by Apollena to stay seated. Shlok requests that she push his wheelchair instead of Ira, reasoning that Ira must be tired. Ira protests, claiming she’s better suited to care for him, but Shlok insists Apollena should do it. Mahadev supports Shlok’s decision, reminding everyone that Apollena had fasted for Shlok’s well-being, likening their bond to that of Parvati and Mahadev.
Ira grows increasingly frustrated as Apollena takes Shlok home. Shlok informs Apollena about a new medication prescribed in her absence, stressing that she saved his life and that it’s her responsibility to care for him as his wife. When Ira accidentally spills the soup on his clothes, she offers to clean it up, but Apollena intervenes, asserting that it is her responsibility as his wife. Shlok then requests that Apollena feed him. Ira, feeling jealous, complains to Saraswati, who begins plotting against Apollena.
