In the 27th February 2025 episode of Apollena, Saraswati blindly trusts a black magician, believing Apollena has cast a spell on Shlok. Manipulated by Ira, she forces Apollena into a dangerous ritual. Apollena struggles to expose the magician’s fraud while Shlok remains torn. Tensions escalate as Saraswati’s faith leads to Apollena’s shocking collapse.
Desperate for answers, Saraswati secretly visits a black magician with Ira, determined to uncover why Shlok’s feelings for Ira suddenly turned to hatred, leading him to marry Apollena instead. Convinced that Apollena has cast a spell on Shlok, Saraswati seeks the magician’s help. Sensing an opportunity, the deceitful magician notices Saraswati’s wealth and confirms her worst fears, claiming that no one can save Shlok from the dark magic controlling him. Desperate, Saraswati pleads for a solution and invites the magician to perform a ritual at home.
During the ritual, the magician declares that if Apollena has truly bewitched Shlok, the rising smoke will turn black. As expected, the smoke darkens—though unbeknownst to Saraswati, the magician has tampered with it to ensure the illusion. Ira seizes the moment to manipulate Saraswati further, reinforcing her belief in Apollena’s dark sorcery. Just then, Rupa arrives and challenges their actions, but Saraswati dismisses her concerns.
The magician intensifies the performance, burning charcoal and secretly adding more powder to create an exaggerated effect. The thick, suffocating smoke forces Apollena and Shlok out of their room, and they confront Saraswati. Apollena immediately calls out the magician as a fraud, but the magician counters with accusations, insisting Apollena is deceiving everyone.
Tensions boil over when the magician takes a broom and strikes Apollena, prompting a furious Shlok to intervene and demand the magician leave. However, Saraswati remains convinced that Apollena’s alleged spell must be broken. When Apollena argues that black magic is nothing but a trick, Saraswati refuses to listen, asserting her authority in her own home. The magician then demands an exorbitant sum for performing a hundred purification rituals. Without hesitation, Saraswati hands over the money and even offers her necklace as payment.
Following the magician’s instructions, Saraswati prepares a special concoction laced with a mysterious powder, believing it will break the supposed spell. Meanwhile, Apollena desperately tries to make Shlok see reason, insisting the magician is a con artist. But Shlok, bound by his mother’s unwavering belief, stands by her decision.
When Saraswati orders Apollena and Shlok to drink the potion, Apollena hesitates, sensing danger. Saraswati grows aggressive, leading to a heated argument between Apollena and Shlok. In a bid to prove herself, Shlok forcibly makes Apollena drink the tainted water—only for her to collapse moments later.
