With Ferran Torres’ hat-trick, Barcelona secured a dominant victory in the Spanish Copa del Rey and advanced to the semifinals. In last night’s quarterfinal match, Barcelona defeated Valencia 5-0.

Ferran scored a hat-trick, while Fermín López and Lamine Yamal each added a goal for Barcelona. The team took a commanding 4-0 lead in the first half and added just one more goal in the second half.

Ferran opened the scoring in the third minute, giving Barcelona an early lead. In the 17th minute, he doubled the advantage. López then scored in the 23rd minute, extending the lead to 3-0.

By the 30th minute, Ferran had completed his hat-trick, putting Barcelona ahead 4-0. In the second half, Yamal sealed the 5-0 victory with a goal in the 59th minute.

In another match last night, Real Sociedad defeated Osasuna 2-0 to reach the semifinals. Along with Barcelona and Sociedad, both Madrid clubs—Real Madrid and Atlético Madrid—have also secured their spots in the semifinals.

The semifinal draw will take place on Friday, February 12. The first-leg matches will be held from February 25 to 27, while the second-leg matches are scheduled from April 1 to 3.
