A saleswoman, noticing her difficulty, offers a discreet solution but asks Lakshmi not to inform the manager, fearing she might lose her job. Lakshmi agrees to keep it a secret. When Rishi arrives, he reassures the saleswoman that she won’t be blamed, taking responsibility for the situation himself. After she leaves, Rishi tries to help Lakshmi remove the ring, but his efforts are in vain. In the process, Lakshmi injures her hand. Rishi suggests purchasing the ring first and attempting to remove it later, but Lakshmi refuses, making it clear that she doesn’t want anything from him.
