The episode opens with Karishma noticing Shalu decorating the house instead of getting ready for her engagement. She scolds Shalu, accusing her of making it seem like she is being forced to work. Meanwhile, Malishka, growing uneasy, speaks to Balwinder over the phone, worried that Lakshmi is onto her and searching for proof. She anxiously asks if he had signed any documents during their meeting. When Balwinder confirms he did, Malishka becomes nervous, fearing that Lakshmi might expose her.
Shalu, sensing Karishma’s irritation, asks if she is upset with her. Karishma reprimands her for always talking back. Just then, Neelam arrives and questions why Shalu isn’t dressed yet, echoing Karishma’s concerns. Rano enters with a makeup artist, assuring them that Shalu will be ready soon. As they leave, Karishma confides in Neelam that she believes Shalu brings misfortune, but Neelam dismisses her thoughts. Despite Neelam’s words, Karishma remains resentful, convinced that Neelam always favors Shalu.
At the same time, Malishka catches sight of Lakshmi leaving the hospital and panics. She hurriedly calls Balwinder, instructing him to prevent Lakshmi from accessing the visitor’s register. Meanwhile, Lakshmi, disguised as a doctor, begins scanning the register for crucial evidence. Malishka, on edge, impatiently waits for Balwinder to intervene.
Back at the house, Shalu’s makeover is complete. Rano admires her look and asks about Lakshmi, but Shalu informs her that she stepped out. Concerned, Rano attempts to call Lakshmi but finds she has no signal. Leaving to grab something to eat, she leaves Shalu behind, who grows increasingly uneasy about her sister’s absence.
Ayush arrives and playfully teases Shalu, complimenting her beauty. The two share a heartfelt moment as Ayush embraces her, admitting that he loves her outspoken nature. Shalu confesses that she had wanted to share her feelings earlier but hesitated. Ayush, in turn, reveals he never confessed his own feelings, assuming he wasn’t her type. At the hospital, Balwinder pretends to have a seizure, causing a frantic Lakshmi to rush to get water. Seizing the opportunity, Malishka sneaks in, rips out the crucial page from the register, and escapes undetected. When Lakshmi returns, she is stunned to find Balwinder missing, realizing she may have just lost key evidence against Malishka.
Meanwhile, at the house, Karishma lashes out at the workers. Aanchal, noticing her frustration, inquires about the problem. Karishma expresses her deep concern that Shalu’s presence will bring trouble to their family. Aanchal, trying to ease her mind, advises her to remain optimistic. However, Anushka overhears their conversation and smirks, already scheming ways to create more problems.
Rishi later finds Ayush and Shalu together and teasingly remarks that opposites attract. He shares how Lakshmi completes him and believes that Ayush and Shalu will experience the same connection. Curious about Lakshmi’s whereabouts, he calls her. Rano, noticing Ayush’s presence, questions why he is still lingering around. Ayush makes an excuse and leaves, while Shalu assures Rano that Ayush is truly happy. Rano prays that their happiness remains protected from any evil intentions.
Elsewhere, Anushka stealthily avoids Neelam, while Malishka firmly instructs Balwinder not to leave the hospital until Lakshmi is gone. Meanwhile, Lakshmi grows even more suspicious of Malishka’s involvement.
