Aanchal confronts Rano, questioning why she doesn’t just leave so they can finally have peace in the house. In response, Rano firmly states that she will leave, but only on the condition that Lakshmi returns. Aanchal reacts to Rano’s demand, voicing her frustration. Meanwhile, Rishi rushes Lakshmi to the hospital, accompanied by others, pleading with the medical staff to treat her immediately. He explains that she was trapped inside a freezing cold storage room. The doctor examines her condition and moves her to the ICU. Shalu, desperate and emotional, begs the doctor to do whatever it takes to save Lakshmi. The doctor reassures her that they will do their best.
Back at home, Neelam steps in to stop the escalating argument between Rano and Aanchal, urging them to handle the situation with maturity instead of fighting. However, Aanchal and Karishma insist that Neelam is misunderstanding Rano’s words. Neelam comments on the ongoing conflict. At the same time, Harleen receives a call from Rishi, who informs her that Lakshmi has been admitted to the hospital. Concerned, Harleen and the rest of the family immediately set out for the hospital.
Elsewhere, Kiran confronts Malishka, scolding her for her failed attempt to get rid of Lakshmi. She points out that despite all her efforts, Rishi still managed to save Lakshmi and get her medical help. Malishka acknowledges her failure but assures Kiran that she has no intention of giving up. She is already at the hospital and determined to finish what she started. Kiran, frustrated, mocks Malishka for being present yet unable to act effectively. In an attempt to mislead him, Malishka lies, claiming that Rishi is there for her. She then orders Balwinder to leave. Meanwhile, Balwinder sees the Oberoi family arriving and wonders what brings them there. The family gathers around Rishi, demanding to know what happened. Rishi discloses that someone deliberately attempted to murder Lakshmi by locking her inside a cold storage room and sealing the door shut from the outside, ensuring she couldn’t escape.
