The episode begins with Neelam asking Lakshmi to call Rishi, as she wants him to accompany Malishka to her doctor’s appointment. When Rishi arrives, Neelam instructs him to go at 2 PM. However, Rishi mentions a meeting scheduled for the same time. Ayush takes Rishi aside and suggests this could be a good opportunity to make Lakshmi jealous.
Convinced by Ayush’s idea, Rishi agrees to take Malishka, claiming she’s more important than the meeting. Malishka, however, insists that the meeting holds greater significance for Rishi and offers to go with the driver instead. Neelam agrees, allowing Malishka to attend the appointment on her own.
Neelam then assigns Lakshmi the responsibility of handling decorations. Lakshmi delegates the task to Shalu but secretly follows Malishka to the city hospital in an auto. Meanwhile, Kiran checks in on Malishka, who reassures her that everything is under control.
In another part of the story, Anushka vents her frustration while Neel tries to console her. She reminds him of how he abandoned her when she needed him the most. Anushka also reveals that Ayush threatened her to stay away from Shalu and that she faced humiliation at Shalu’s house. Neel devises a plan to drive Shalu away from Ayush’s life, and Anushka eagerly agrees to it.
Back at home, Rano scolds Shalu for doing household chores on her engagement day. Shalu, however, insists on helping her family. Rano grows suspicious of Lakshmi’s absence, assuming she must be handling something important.
At the hospital, Malishka discovers that a family member is required for the check-up. Upon spotting Balwinder, she decides to present him as Rishi but loses track of him. Meanwhile, Lakshmi secretly observes Malishka’s every move from a distance.
