The episode begins with Rishi video calling Lakshmi during a meeting to show her that he is busy. Later, he steps out and playfully asks if she was jealous. Lakshmi denies it and quickly ends the call but starts wondering—if Rishi was in the meeting, then who was in the cabin with Malishka?
At the hospital, Lakshmi unexpectedly sees Balwinder. He drops a medicine bottle, and when Lakshmi picks it up to check, he quickly takes it back and leaves. This makes Lakshmi suspicious about why he is there.
Meanwhile, Neel drinks alcohol when Anushka approaches him. She tries to convince him to help her separate Ayush and Shalu, but Neel refuses. On the other hand, Balwinder notices that Lakshmi is following him and tries to escape. She stops him and asks why he changed direction after seeing her. When she questions him about the medicine, Balwinder makes an excuse. However, Lakshmi notices that the medicine is for a pregnant woman. Balwinder teases her, asking if she is jealous.
Anushka argues with Neel, reminding him of his promise to help her. But Neel stands firm, saying he won’t assist her anymore. This makes Anushka angry, and she decides to handle things on her own.
Lakshmi tells Balwinder that she is not jealous of him but wants to know the truth because she knows his nature and that he is not married. Balwinder insists that the medicine is for a friend’s wife and then walks away.
Neel warns Anushka to behave, but she remains stubborn and says she is not afraid of anyone. She is determined to separate Ayush and Shalu by herself.
At the hospital, Lakshmi finds a doctor’s coat and wears it. Meanwhile, a doctor asks Malishka why her husband hasn’t arrived yet. Malishka says he might have gone to get medicine, but the doctor finds it strange since all medicines have already been given. This makes Malishka wonder where Balwinder is.
Lakshmi looks into a room but doesn’t see the person Malishka brought as her husband. She starts questioning their whereabouts and briefly thinks of Balwinder but then ignores the thought.
Balwinder calls Malishka and tells her that he saw Lakshmi at the hospital. As Malishka steps out, she sees Lakshmi questioning a nurse about the person she brought. This makes Malishka nervous, as she fears Lakshmi might find out the truth about Balwinder.
