Global K-pop powerhouse BLACKPINK is officially returning to the stage with their brand-new world tour, “BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR <DEADLINE>”, set to kick off this July in South Korea and run through January 2026, concluding in Hong Kong.
Announced by YG Entertainment earlier this year, the tour marks BLACKPINK’s first full-group concert series since their record-breaking “Born Pink” tour, which wrapped up in 2023. The new tour will cover over 20 major cities across Asia, Europe, and North America.
A Grand Return
The tour will begin with a two-night performance in Goyang, South Korea on July 5–6, 2025, before heading to key cities like Los Angeles, New York, Toronto, Paris, London, Bangkok, and finally wrapping up in Hong Kong on January 25, 2026.
Highlights from the schedule include:
- SoFi Stadium, Los Angeles (July 12–13)
- Wembley Stadium, London (August 15)
- Stade de France, Paris (August 2–3)
- Kai Tak Sports Park, Hong Kong (January 24–25)
Frenzy Over Tickets
Tickets for the North American and European legs went on sale in late February and sold out within hours, prompting the addition of several encore shows. Members of BLACKPINK’s Weverse community were given early access through exclusive presales.
With demand surging, fans in Asia were thrilled to see new dates added in May, including shows in Bangkok, Jakarta, Manila, and Singapore.
“DEADLINE” Sparks Speculation
The tour’s title, “DEADLINE,” has stirred widespread speculation online. Some fans interpret it as a creative or thematic choice; others wonder if it signals an impending transition for the group, especially following BLACKPINK’s recent hiatus and individual activities.
Notably, member Lisa has been seen pursuing projects in Europe, while Rosé and Jennie have continued solo work in the U.S. and South Korea. Despite these pursuits, YG confirms all four members—Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa—will fully participate in the upcoming tour.
A Defining Moment for BLACKPINK
“DEADLINE” is shaping up to be one of BLACKPINK’s most ambitious undertakings, aiming to not only top their previous records but also reaffirm their place as global pop icons.
With stage production expected to reach new heights and fan anticipation at a peak, “BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR <DEADLINE>” could very well become the defining concert experience of the decade.
