Blake Lively has updated her legal complaint against Justin Baldoni, adding new claims about troubling on-set behavior. The revised filing, submitted on Tuesday to a New York Federal Court, highlights the experiences of two other women who also had negative encounters while working on the set.

The trial for Lively’s lawsuit is now set to begin in March 2026, following these new additions to her complaint, which detail ongoing concerns about poor working conditions and the lack of action by the production company.

The updated complaint, spanning 141 pages, reveals that Lively was not the only one to raise concerns about Baldoni’s behavior. It states that Baldoni acknowledged the complaints in writing when they were first brought up in 2023.

According to the filing, after Lively raised her concerns in May 2023, another female actor from the film It Ends With Us also spoke up. She reportedly shared that the working conditions were being affected by Baldoni’s conduct. On June 8, 2023, this same actress confided in Lively, saying she was struggling to work with Baldoni. Lively admitted that she also found it difficult to communicate with him, trying to stay busy as a way to cope.

Additionally, a second actress raised similar concerns about the set conditions, all of which were documented before post-production began. Baldoni allegedly recognized the complaints in writing and promised that changes would be made. However, the lawsuit claims that Wayfarer Studios, the film’s production company, did nothing to investigate or improve the situation at that time.

The amended complaint also includes defamation claims against Baldoni’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman. He is accused of spreading damaging content to the media in an attempt to tarnish Lively’s reputation and prevent others from supporting her case.

Earlier this month, Lively’s legal team, which includes her husband Ryan Reynolds’ attorneys, subpoenaed the phone records of Baldoni and others involved, suggesting a coordinated effort to harm Lively’s credibility. Baldoni’s team dismissed these subpoenas, calling them a “fishing expedition.”

The trial is now scheduled to begin in March 2026.
