Chinese automaker BYD has introduced an updated version of its popular electric SUV, the Atto 3. The latest model comes with notable design enhancements and cutting-edge technology, making it more refined than before.
The refreshed Atto 3 is now available for booking on BYD’s official website and can also be reserved at authorized dealerships nationwide.
Sleek New Design
The 2025 Atto 3 takes inspiration from the Atto 2 in terms of styling. The updated model features a redesigned front bumper, signature LED headlights with DRLs, a prominent trapezoidal air dam, a new roof spoiler, and a sleek light bar connecting the taillights. It also gets fresh dual-tone aero-optimized alloy wheels, further improving its visual appeal.
Upgraded ADAS Technology
One of the key highlights of the facelifted Atto 3 is its improved Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS). Dubbed the “God’s Eye C” system, it includes a three-camera module, five long-range cameras, four surround-view cameras, five mm-wave radars, and 12 ultrasonic sensors, offering over 28 vehicle-sensing alerts. This enhancement significantly improves driving safety and assistance features.
Powertrain and Range
BYD has retained the existing powertrain options for the Atto 3. It continues to offer two battery choices—49.9 kWh and 60.5 kWh. The smaller battery delivers a range of up to 345 km on a single charge, while the larger one provides an extended range of up to 420 km.
With these updates, the 2025 BYD Atto 3 aims to strengthen its position in the EV market, blending futuristic design with state-of-the-art technology.
