A car has fallen into Dhobi Khola near Madan Bhandari College, according to DSP Ganga Paudel of the Singhadurbar Police Circle.
The vehicle, with the license plate Ba 21 Cha 6614, plunged into the river on Sunday evening. However, police confirmed that there were no human casualties.
“We are currently conducting tests, including alcohol checks. Fortunately, no damage has been reported,” said Traffic Police SSP Binod Ghimire.
This is not the first such incident in the area—another car had fallen into the same spot last Poush.
