China has launched a new test satellite to improve communication technology. The satellite was sent into space from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center in Sichuan Province early on March 10, 2025.
A Successful Launch With Long March-3B Rocket
The satellite was carried by a Long March-3B rocket and lifted off at 1:17 a.m. (Beijing Time). The launch center confirmed that the satellite successfully entered its planned orbit.
What Will This Satellite Do?
The satellite will be used for testing multi-band and high-speed communication technology. This means it will help improve the way signals are sent and received, making future communication systems faster and more efficient.
Another Milestone for China’s Space Program
This mission marks the 562nd launch of the Long March rocket series, highlighting China’s ongoing advancements in space technology.
