June 12 (KST)—A Chinese woman in her thirties has been arrested for attempting to trespass at the residence of BTS member Jungkook, according to media reports on Wednesday.
Authorities responded to a call around 11:20 AM KST after the woman was seen repeatedly attempting to enter the singer’s home by trying various combinations on the front door lock. Police arrived at the scene and detained the suspect, who is now under investigation for trespassing.
During questioning, the woman reportedly stated that she “wished to see Jungkook after his discharge from the military.”
The incident occurred just a day after BTS members Jungkook and Jimin officially completed their mandatory military service on June 11 KST.
No injuries or property damage were reported, and further details regarding the suspect’s identity and legal proceedings have not yet been disclosed.
