Former Single’s Inferno star Choi Si Hun has announced plans to take legal action against false and harmful online content. On May 10, the reality star—who recently tied the knot with singer Ailee—shared an official statement from his legal team, The Alpha, on Instagram.
Law Firm Responds to Defamation
According to the statement, Choi Si Hun is the target of serious defamation, slander, and false rumors being spread across major online platforms such as DC Inside, Naver, Daum Cafe, FM Korea, and social media sites like Facebook, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter).
The Alpha law firm said it is actively monitoring these platforms, collecting evidence, and working with authorities to track down the individuals responsible.
Full Legal Action Underway
To protect their client, the firm stated it will pursue every possible legal route—including civil lawsuits and criminal charges—against those spreading lies, defaming Choi Si Hun, or posting insulting content.
They also encouraged the public to help by reporting malicious posts. Anyone who comes across such content is asked to email the post URL, author name, and a screenshot to the law firm.
Ailee’s Agency Also Taking Action
This announcement comes just days after Ailee’s agency, A2Z Entertainment, also revealed plans to take legal steps against similar online attacks targeting the singer.
