CONCACAF Gold Cup 2025: The group stage draw for the 2025 CONCACAF Gold Cup has been revealed, with top teams from North America, Central America, and the Caribbean set to compete. The United States will play against Haiti, Saudi Arabia, and Trinidad and Tobago in Group D.

CONCACAF Gold Cup 2025 Groups:

  • Group A: Mexico, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Suriname
  • Group B: Canada, Curaçao, El Salvador, Honduras
  • Group C: Panama, Guadeloupe, Guatemala, Jamaica
  • Group D: United States, Haiti, Saudi Arabia, Trinidad and Tobago

The draw was broadcast Thursday night, and though the location wasn’t initially disclosed, CONCACAF later confirmed it was held in Miami.

Match Dates and Venues

While specific match dates and venues haven’t been confirmed for each fixture, the opening match will be held in Inglewood, California, on June 14, and the final is scheduled for July 6 in Houston. CONCACAF announced that the full match schedule will be released on Friday.

The games will be hosted across 14 stadiums in 11 different metro areas, skipping the U.S. East Coast this year.

U.S. Team Outlook

These Gold Cup matches will be the final competitive games for the U.S. national team before the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which begins on June 12, 2026. Coached by Mauricio Pochettino, the U.S. will look to bounce back after a disappointing 2023 tournament where a second-string side was eliminated by Panama in the semifinals via penalty kicks.

Saudi Arabia Joins as Guest

In a notable twist, Saudi Arabia will participate as a guest team in the 2025 and 2027 editions of the Gold Cup, marking a rare invitation to a non-CONCACAF nation.

Additional Notes:

  • Mexico is the defending Gold Cup champion.
  • The tournament will coincide with the FIFA Club World Cup, which will have player priority per FIFA rules.

Fans can expect an action-packed tournament with rising regional rivalries and important momentum heading into the World Cup year.
