The much-awaited trailer for Dhadak 2 is finally here, giving us a first glimpse into a powerful and emotional love story. Starring Siddhant Chaturvedi and Triptii Dimri, the film is directed by debutant Shazia Iqbal and promises to dive deep into the themes of identity, survival, and love that defies societal norms.
In Dhadak 2, Siddhant plays Neelesh, and Triptii takes on the role of Vidhi — two people from very different worlds who form a bond built on longing, defiance, and emotional strength. The trailer paints a moving picture of their connection, filled with quiet intensity, vulnerability, and courage.
The chemistry between the leads is raw and authentic, and the storytelling avoids melodrama, choosing instead to focus on honest moments that feel real and relatable.
The music in Dhadak 2 adds depth to the emotional narrative. Much like the original Dhadak (2018), this film carries a strong musical identity, using soulful melodies to enhance the storytelling.

Backed by Dharma Productions, Zee Studios, and Cloud 9 Pictures, Dhadak 2 is produced by Karan Johar, Umesh Kumar Bansal, Adar Poonawalla, Apoorva Mehta, Meenu Aroraa, Somen Mishra, and Pragati Deshmukh.
Dhadak 2 is set to hit theatres on August 1, 2025.
