A fake video was posted by a suspicious Instagram page. It showed a woman tied to a cable before dropping from a great height, like a bungee jump. The page falsely wrote: “@norafatehi famous Bollywood actor death bad news for Bollywood (sic).” The video also had text that said: “Famous Bollywood artist Nora Fatehi accidental death (sic).”
Fans Slam Fake News Spreaders
Nora’s fans quickly called out the false claims and criticized the page for spreading fake news. Many users asked social media platforms to take action against such misleading content.

Just a few days before this hoax, Nora Fatehi had a scary experience when she and her team had to leave a hotel in Los Angeles because of a wildfire.
In a video, she shared her experience, saying, “I have never seen anything like this. It’s insane! We just got an evacuation order five minutes ago, so I quickly packed my things and left. I plan to head near the airport and wait there because I have a flight today, and I really hope I can catch it.”
