Dr. Santosh Paudel has been unanimously elected as the new president of the Rastriya Swasthyakarmi Mahasangh Nepal (National Health Workers’ Federation). Before this, he served as the General Secretary of the organization.
On Monday evening, the federation’s leadership officially announced a 99-member central committee led by Dr. Paudel. The announcement came with full agreement from all members involved.
Amrita Baral and Ramhari Dhakal have been chosen as Vice Presidents, also without any opposition. Bhimraj Singh was elected as General Secretary, and Khagaraj Pokharel became Deputy General Secretary.
Chandra Sunar, Rupa KC, Harendra Yadav, and Anup KC have been appointed as Secretaries. The remaining committee members were also selected unanimously.
