He also expressed comfort in knowing that Hobbs did not suffer and peacefully passed away during the night.
Johnson shared a series of photos and videos on Instagram, showcasing the special moments he shared with Hobbs, from playful games to tender moments of affection. Reflecting on the dog’s impact, Johnson admitted that there have been challenges in his life that were hard to talk about, but he found solace in the companionship Hobbs offered. Hobbs joined Johnson’s family in 2016, alongside another French bulldog, Brutus. Sadly, Brutus passed away that same year after consuming a toxic mushroom. Hobbs was more than just a pet to Johnson; he played a role in the 2019 film Hobbs & Shaw, a spinoff of the Fast & Furious series. Johnson humorously remarked on Instagram about the dog’s appearance in the movie, joking about “nepotism,” and praised Hobbs for his vibrant energy and performance.
