Debuting in March 2019 with the single album Arrival of Everglow, the group quickly rose to fame with standout tracks like Bon Bon Chocolat, Adios, Dun Dun, and La Di Da. In a public statement, Yuehua Entertainment shared:

“After careful discussions with the members, we have agreed to support each other’s future paths. EVERGLOW’s exclusive contract with us will officially end in June 2025.”

The announcement comes just months after group member Yiren revealed that the group had not received any payment over their six-year career. This revelation caused significant concern and backlash from fans, who called on Yuehua Entertainment to take responsibility and be more transparent about the group’s management.

Despite the internal challenges, EVERGLOW remained active until the end—releasing new music as recently as August 2024 and completing successful tours across Europe and North America. Their energy, unity, and charisma kept fans engaged and supportive through every comeback and performance.

As EVERGLOW prepares to go their separate ways, fans around the world are expressing both sadness and gratitude—celebrating the group’s legacy while wishing the members the best in their individual journeys.

Though their time together as a group is ending, EVERGLOW’s impact on the K-pop scene and their fans will undoubtedly live on.
