The national examination board is preparing to publish the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) results. To finalize preparations, the board will hold a meeting today at 12:30 pm.
During the meeting, the examination controller’s office for grade 10 will brief the board on the readiness for publishing the results.
According to a board member, after the office confirms that preparations are complete and there are no errors, a second meeting will be called. This second meeting will issue the order to publish the results. The results will be released only after this approval.
Dr. Ganesh Bhattarai, the examination controller, said the work on publishing the results has reached its final stage. Data entry and verification are underway. He added, “If there are no errors or technical issues, it is possible to publish the results today. However, it depends on what the first board meeting decides.”
Although the schedule aimed to publish the results by Asar 6, 2082 (mid-June 2025), delays occurred because of a teachers’ road protest in Kathmandu from Chaitra 20, 2081 to Baishakh 17, 2082.
About 510,000 students participated in the SEE exams held from Chaitra 7 to Chaitra 19, 2081.
