Royal Enfield is all set to launch its first electric motorcycle named Flying Flea C6. The company has confirmed that the official launch will take place in the fourth quarter of 2025–26.
This electric bike was first revealed at the 2024 EICMA Motorcycle Show. Unlike other Royal Enfield models, the C6 is being introduced under a completely new electric brand.
The bike’s name, Flying Flea C6, is inspired by the brand’s old classic motorcycle – the Flying Flea. The upcoming version will feature a lightweight yet strong frame and a modern design aimed at competing with top electric bikes in the market.
Royal Enfield has already filed over 45 patents for new technologies that will be used in this bike. One of the major highlights is the Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) which manages the digital system of the entire bike. Riders can enjoy over 200,000 ride mode combinations, along with over-the-air software updates.
The C6 also features advanced components like an aluminium girder fork, articulating mudguard, forged aluminium frame, and a magnesium battery case. It will come equipped with a lean-angle sensitive ABS system, ensuring more safety during cornering.
Charging will be easy at home using a standard 3-pin plug.
Flying Flea C6 will come in two variants – single seat and dual seat. Royal Enfield also plans to introduce a scrambler version in this lineup, which will be called the S6.
